  4. Pricing

    Currently, the Serendy app is provided for free. However, Kallistoni reserves the right to introduce premium features or subscription plans in the future. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to users in advance.

  5. User Conduct

    1. You agree to use the app in a respectful and responsible manner. This includes refraining from offensive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior towards other users.
    2. You must not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.
    3. Objectionable Content and User Behavior
      1. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
      2. The app implements a method for filtering objectionable content.
      3. Users have the ability within the app to flag objectionable content with buttons named "Report".
      4. The technical team will act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content.

  6. Termination

    1. Kallistoni reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited behavior.
    2. In case of account termination, you may lose access to your account and any associated data. You are not entitled to any refunds or compensation.
